Return Policy

 

Online Purchases

 

If you regret your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of order date in the original condition.
All returned items must be in their original condition with all hangtags and labels attached. Final Sale items will not be accepted for return.
Due to hygienic reasons, all lingerie items, boxers, socks, and swimwear are final sale and will not be accepted for return or refund.

We regret that online order cannot be returned or exchanged in our stores.  Likewise, our distribution center will not accept returns of items purchased in BESTSELLER HOMME/FEMME, JACK & JONES, VERO MODA stores. 

We regret that it is not possible to exchange items purchased at BESTSELLERCLOTHING.CA. If you wish to exchange, you need to return the item(s) in their original condition for a refund and place a new order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

How to return an item in 3 easy steps:

 

1- Place the item(s) and return form in the return parcel (you can re-use the parcel/bag that we sent you).
2- Put the prepaid return label (sticker) included in your order on your return parcel. Make sure you cover the original shipping label.
3- Drop off your parcel at any Canada Post counter.

If you for some reason do not wish to use the prepaid return label, we recommend that you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods and please also save the tracking number. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.

We will do our utmost to process your return within 14 days.
As soon as we have processed your return, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) to the credit card used to place the original order. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the money to appear on your credit card statement.

 

In-store purchases - BESTSELLER HOMME/FEMME and JACK & JONES

 

Return with Original Receipt


If you are not completely satisfied with your unworn and unwashed merchandise, you can return your item(s) for a complete return or exchange within 30 days of your purchase.

The return or exchange can only be made in BESTSELLER HOMME/FEMME or JACK & JONES physical stores depending on where you made your purchase.

Refunds will be issued with the original method of payment used in the initial purchase. The items purchased with a gift card will be reimbursed on a new gift card or on exchange only.

 

Return without Original Receipt


BESTSELLER HOMME/FEMME and JACK & JONES stores require the original receipt for all refunds and exchanges. Without a receipt, we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange.

 

Price Adjustment


BESTSELLER HOMME/FEMME and JACK & JONES stores offer a one-time price adjustment on an item purchased at regular price or on sale within 14 days of the purchase. The original receipt must be presented.

 

Gift Cards


The BESTSELLER HOMME/FEMME, JACK & JONES gift cards are exclusively used to purchase our merchandise. Gift cards are non-refundable and have no monetary value. BESTSELLER HOMME/FEMME, JACK & JONES  are not responsible for any loss, theft, usage, or any non-authorized purchases with the gift card.

 

Note:

Due to the intimate nature and hygiene standards of certain items, it is not possible to return underwear, swimwear, and/or socks.

 

In-store purchases - VERO MODA

 

Return with Original Receipt


If you are not completely satisfied with your unworn and unwashed merchandise with handtag and washing instructions, you may return the item for a full refund or an exchange within 14 days of the date of the purchase. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original purchase. Sale merchandise is final sale.

The return or exchange can only be made in VERO MODA physical stores depending on where you made your purchase.

 

Return without Original Receipt


All refunds at VERO MODA require a receipt. Without the original receipt we cannot refund or exchange.

 

Price Adjustment


If within 14 days of original purchase your item is on sale, VERO MODA offers a one-time price adjustement with presentation of original receipt. Price adjustments will be issued on the same method of payment as the original purchase.

 

Gift Cards


VERO MODA gift cards are redeemable for merchandise only. The gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value. VERO MODA Is not responsible for loss, theft, damage or unauthorized use of gift cards.
