HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Merchandise purchased between November 1st and December 13th, that is not final sale, can be returned for refund until January 13th, 2023. As of December 14th, the 30-day policy will be in effect. Please note, online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in-stores
As of December 20th 2022, a fixed return fee of $4,95 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from the eligible refund amount.
If you regret your purchase, you can return the item(s) to us within 30 days of the order date. Items must be sent back in their original condition — unworn and unwashed, with all hang tags and labels attached. We accept both regular price and sale items. All Final Sale items will not be accepted for return.
Due to hygienic reasons, all lingerie items and socks are final sale and will not be accepted for return or refund. Please note that our fragrances are also final sales.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items purchased at veromoda.ca. If you wish to exchange an item, you need to return it in its original condition for a refund before placing a new order.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
1. HAVE YOUR ORDER NUMBER ON HAND.
You can find this number by checking your confirmation email (a 8 digit number starting with VM- ) or your order history when logging into your veromoda.ca account.

3. PRINT YOUR RETURN LABEL
Once you’ve printed your return label and attached it to your package, drop your parcel off at any Canada Post location.
4. IF YOU ARE RETURNING A DAMAGED ITEM
Please send 3 photos of the item to Canadasupport@bestseller.com before proceeding with return.
- Please note that shipping fees for returned items are non-refundable.
- The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
- Final Sale items will not be accepted for return, if returned it will not be refunded or sent back. The same goes for past due or defective items.
- Due to hygienic reasons, all lingerie products and socks are considered final sale items, and will not be accepted for return or refund. The same thing goes for our fragrances.
As soon as we have processed your return, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) to the credit card used to place the original order.
Please allow up to two billing cycles for your funds to appear back on your credit card. The exact additional delay depends on your bank and credit card provider.
