Digital showrooms: the cutting edge of shopping
We launched our first digital showroom in Hamburg, Germany – our biggest market - in 2020. The idea behind this is that, instead of sending all styles from our collection to all our showrooms, we can show our wholesale clients the full collection on screens.
This reduces freight miles and saves on the samples we have to use – in fact, we’ve been able to decrease the number of sales samples used in the showroom by 35%.
The digital showroom also makes it easier to present our full collection without having these clients in the same room with us. They can see the collection on their laptop or mobile phone wherever they are in the world. We’re expanding this concept Germany wide in 2021, followed by the rest of our markets.
